Welcome to the project area for creating the Practitioners guide

We suggested contents for the pack - in no particular order of priority:
* Step-by-step guides;
* Statement of purpose;
* Flowchart of actions;
* Glossary of terms;
* FAQs;
* Safety guidelines;
* Useful links;
* Examples of best practice;
* Good examples of using SNS with excluded groups;
* Set of templates:
› Business plan (for managers, IT departments etc)
› Session plans for delivering online
› Sample letters/text messages for use with young people eg for introductions
› Sample letters/text messages for use with practitioners
* Background guides to each SNS
* List of do's and don'ts
* How to find the right tool for the job

We identified first steps towards creating the pack would be to gather information about:
* What do you want to achieve with a SNS?'
* What should you consider before setting up a SNS?

We want to open up the list to everyone in the Action Learning Set to review what we've identified and to make further suggestions for content.
